Colorado Rafting

River Rafting

Everyone knows about Colorado’s world-famous skiing, but how many of us think about what happens to that snow in the spring and summer? It melts and runs into Colorado’s rivers, where it flows and provides water to much of the Western United States.

While it’s running, these rivers provide Colorado’s OTHER favorite mountain activity. River rafting!

No Colorado vacation is complete without rafting in one of our scenic rivers. Our partners, provide a fun and family-friendly whitewater rafting experience. You’ll float past ponderosa pine, juniper, and Douglas fir tree forests before tumbling through the old mining town of Idaho Springs.

You’ll also have the chance to see Colorado’s wildlife such as river otter, bighorn sheep, and the occasional bear.
