Basic front desk duties include:
- Answering phones
- Importing bookings into systems
- Check-in guests and making sure that they are satisfied with the accommodations
- Opening and locking up the main lodge at the beginning and end of shift (respectively)
- Occasional bar-tending duties (if desired)
- Assisting with housekeeping if needed
Skills Required:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Understanding of and ability to learn new computer programs
- Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile
- Ability to de-escalate situations in a calm manner
- Problem-solving skills
- TIPS certified and/or bar-tending experience (if interested in bar-tending)

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
