GUESTS PAYMENT: Guests paying for Accommodations are agreeing to our policy, guidelines and rules.
Guests paying and signing for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be present at check-in. *If you are under 25 years old and booking, you must bring a valid I.D. with you when checking in.
A valid credit card must be present and will be kept on file if further charges need to be made. (This applies to ALL third party booking sites as well, i.e Expedia, AirBnB, Etc.)
PAYMENT: We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. If paying by check, full payment must be received within 30 days to hold reservation and a valid credit card must be present at check in for incidentals. We accept cash walk-ins and a valid credit card must be present. Guest paying and signing for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be present at check in.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There is a $75 charge per person for each additional person exceeding the maximum number of people for our Cabins (as described on our website). There is a $25 charge per person for each additional person exceeding the maximum number of people for our Yurts (as described on our website).
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation outside of 30 days. Full payment on all lodging must be made inside of 30 days to guarantee your reservation. Multi-unit reservations are 45 days out.
CANCELLATIONS FOR ONE UNIT LODGING:
If you cancel outside of 30 days of your scheduled arrival, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 30 days, there will be no refund issued. If you cancel within 24 hours of a booking, a full refund can be issued if you booked directly with us.
For cancellation if you booked on a third party platform: You must cancel booking with the external platform first and are only eligible to receive a full refund if you cancel by 6pm on the day you made the reservation if your booking is within the 30 day period.
CANCELLATIONS FOR MULTI-UNIT LODGING:
A non-refundable deposit for the first night stay per unit is required to hold your reservation.
Deposits for reservations at least 60 days out are 50% refundable.
The non-refundable balance owning on your reservation must be received 45 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise your lodging will be cancelled.
If you cancel your reservation outside of the 45 days you will forfeit your initial deposit.
If you cancel your reservation inside of 45 days, you will forfeit any and all money paid on your lodging reservations.
COOKING: Each cabin is furnished with an assortment of cooking and dining ware for your enjoyment. It is your responsibility to clean these items. If they are found dirty on departure an additional $25 will be added to your account.
HOUSEKEEPING: A one time charge of $25.00 is added to every booking. This takes care of the housekeeping portion of the booking. We also ask at checkout to wash all dishes that were used and to put any trash bags that were used on your porch. Otherwise additional fees will be added. Additional Fees include: Unwashed Dish Ware +$25, Trash +$25
DAMAGES: All guests are held liable to the Lodging & Park Guidelines and Rules that were received at check-in. A repair charge will be assessed for any damages incurred beyond normal wear and tear.
SMOKING: If evidence of smoking is found, a charge of $250 will be added to your account. This includes tobacco products and marijuana in any cabins or yurts except our 8420 yurt.
PET FEES: For cabins, the one-time pet fee is $50 for the first dog and $25 for an additional dog. For yurts, it’s a one-time fee of $25 per dog. *Only dogs are allowed -any size or breed -but no cats.
ALCOHOL: We serve alcohol at the bar in our main cabin where check-ins are done. When having a liquor license it is prohibited for guests to bring outside liquor into and onto the campgrounds of the facility. If any alcohol is found additional fees will be charged.
Just as a reminder, due to the fact that we are conveniently located right off the highway, there is potential for traffic sound.
